Gerstel Solvent Filling Station

Solvent Filling Station

For running automated high throughput applications overnight or over the weekend, in many cases large volumes of solvents have to be available. Therefore GERSTEL developed the Solvent Filling Station SFS for the MultiPurpose Sampler MPS.

The SFS has four one liter solvent reservoirs. Solvents can easily be loaded at the filling station which also provides an additional waste position connected to a large waste container.

When using the maximum of three solvent filling stations one MPS can provide 12 different solvents in high capacities.

Applications of SFS:

  • Automated Solid Phase Extraction SPE
  • Automated Disposable Pipette Extraction
  • Syringe conditioning for LC and LC/MS
